Okay so seriously........Yes someone long ago developed a goldfish that looks up. The Celestial Eye Goldfish is actually a very popular “Fancy” Goldfish in the hobby. They do require a little extra attention for feeding and non competitive tank mates for food due to the fact they have very limited visibility. I still find it sort of bizarre that they look up at you when you put them in a bucket.....<“(((((><
